Know Before You Claim

This is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. A 10× rollover on a RM100 bonus means you need to wager a total of RM1,000 before cashing out. Higher rollover figures (X20, X30) mean it takes longer to clear the bonus.
While a bonus is active, most platforms cap your maximum single bet at a specific amount — typically between RM250 and RM500. Placing bets above this limit can void the bonus entirely, so stay within the cap until rollover is complete.
Not all games contribute equally to clearing your rollover. Slots typically count 100% of every bet. Table games like blackjack or baccarat usually count only 10–20%. Live dealer games may contribute even less. Always check which games count before playing.
Bonuses don't last forever. Most promotions come with a 7-day, 14-day, or 30-day expiry window from the moment the bonus is credited. If rollover is not completed within that window, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings are forfeited.
A sticky bonus stays in your account permanently until rollover is met — but you can never withdraw the bonus principal, only the net winnings above it. A non-sticky bonus is credited separately and can be withdrawn (minus the bonus amount) once rollover is complete.
