Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Menara4D platform. Your continued use of our services constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use Menara4D. Proof of age is required during KYC verification. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals are immediately and permanently closed.
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit is RM20; minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal processing targets under30 minutes for verified accounts.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry windows. Bonus abuse or multi-accounting will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Menara4D will never request your password. Any unauthorised account activity must be reported to us immediately.

Clause 1
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and Menara4D (hereinafter referred to as "Menara4D", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the Menara4D online gaming platform accessible atmenara4d.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content.
By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the Menara4D service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of this Agreement.
These Terms were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. Menara4D reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Access to Menara4D is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age threshold is applied in recognition of internationally accepted standards for casino-style gambling activities. Proof of age is required as part of KYC verification before any withdrawal request is approved.
21+ Strictly Enforced. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. All deposits will be returned; any winnings generated will be forfeited in their entirety.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The registration of multiple accounts (whether under the same name, same email address, same device, same IP address, or the same payment method) is strictly prohibited. Menara4D employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and balances may be confiscated.
It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction. Menara4D does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that the use of its services is legal in Malaysia or any other territory. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and legal liability. Menara4D provides no legal advice in this regard.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:
Clause 4
To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to maintain and update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
In accordance with our international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering compliance requirements, Menara4D reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Account Holder at any time. Standard KYC documentation requirements include:
No withdrawal will be approved for any Account that has not completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of Menara4D's compliance team.
Menara4D reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily verified.
Clause 5
Menara4D accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, GrabPay, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). The Platform reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods without prior notice.
Menara4D targets a withdrawal processing time of under thirty (30) minutes for all fully verified accounts, subject to banking cut-off times, payment provider availability, and compliance review requirements. The Platform does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or e-wallet providers.
Player funds are maintained in accounts segregated from Menara4D's operational funds. This arrangement provides a level of protection for Player balances independent of the business's financial standing. Segregation of funds does not constitute a guarantee of repayment in all circumstances.
Any fraudulent deposit activity, including unauthorised use of payment methods, chargeback fraud, or attempts to manipulate payment processing systems, will result in immediate Account suspension. Menara4D reserves the right to recoup any losses arising from fraudulent activity and to report such activity to relevant authorities.
Clause 6
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives offered by Menara4D are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this Clause 6. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus Funds credited to an Account are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20, ×30) will be clearly specified in each promotion's terms. Game contribution rates apply as follows (indicative — confirm per promotion):
While Bonus Funds remain active in an Account, the maximum permissible single bet or spin is RM300 unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all bonus-derived winnings.
Bonus Funds that are not subject to completed wagering requirements within the expiry window specified in the promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of crediting) will be automatically removed from the Account. Incomplete wagering at the point of expiry will not be honoured.
Menara4D reserves the right to withold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, employing low-variance betting strategies deliberately designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other accounts to exploit bonus structures.
Clause 7
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by Menara4D. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where: (a) the Player's Account has insufficient funds; (b) technical errors have occurred in the display of odds or game outcomes; (c) the Platform has reason to believe a bet has been placed in breach of these Terms.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault during any game or betting event, Menara4D reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. Menara4D is not liable for any winings or losses claimed to arise from a malfunction. "Malfunction voids all pays and play" applies as a general rule.
Sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and other events, are governed by the specific sporting rules applicable to each event in addition to these Terms. In the event of result disputes, Menara4D's determination shall be final and binding, subject to the formal complaints process outlined in Clause 16.

Clause 8
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Menara4D platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities:

Menara4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account Holder has breached these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes; (c) a regulatory or compliance obligation requires such action; or (d) the Account Holder's identity, age, or eligibility cannot be verified to the Platform's satisfaction.
A Player may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat. Real Money Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their original deposit method, subject to KYC verification and compliance review. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Upon termination of an Account for any reason, all pending bets placed prior to termination will be settled in accordance with applicable rules. Termination does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the effective date of termination.
Clause 10
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Menara4D, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with: (a) your use of, or inability to use, the Platform; (b) any unauthorised access to your Account; (c) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services; (d) any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content displayed on the Platform; or (e) any losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform.
Menara4D's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Menara4D's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Clause 11
All content on the Menara4D platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, design elements, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of Menara4D or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise exploited without the express prior written consent of Menara4D.
The "Menara4D" name and logo are proprietary marks of the Platform. Unauthorised use of these marks, including on third-party websites or social media, is strictly prohibited.
Clause 12
Menara4D collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
Data collected during KYC verification (including copies of identity documents) is retained for the minimum period required by applicable compliance and anti-money laundering regulations and is not shared with unafiliated third parties except as required by law or regulatory obligation.
Clause 13
Menara4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player welfare. All Players are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible at any time from Account Settings.
Self-exclusion requests will be honoured immediately and in full. Players who self-exclude will not receive marketing communications and will be prevented from accessing the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period. The Platform does not permit reversal of self-exclusion before the agreed exclusion period has expired.

Clause 14
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Menara4D holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws applicable to Malaysian players provide otherwise.
In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet, game outcome, or account decision, Players should first contact our support team via Live Chat to attempt informal resolution. Menara4D undertakes to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days. If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body under Menara4D's licensing framework.
Clause 15
Menara4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, except where an amendment is required immediately by regulatory, legal, or security considerations.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available at menara4d.cam/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
