We collect registration data (name, date of birth, address, email), identity documents for KYC, payment method details, transaction history, device and technical data, and gameplay activity logs.

Where you have provided your explicit consent to receive marketing communications from Menara4D, we may use your contact data (email address and/or mobile number) to send you information about promotions, bonuses, new game launches, and other Platform-related news that may be of interest to you.
You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by: (a) clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in any marketing email we send you; or (b) contacting our support team via Live Chat or atsupport@menara4d.cam and requesting removal from marketing lists.
Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted before the withdrawal. Menara4D will continue to send you transactional and service communications (such as account security alerts and deposit/withdrawal confirmations) that are necessary for the operation of your Account, regardless of your marketing preferences.

The Menara4D platform is strictly intended for persons aged21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data relating to individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the mandatory KYC process for all withdrawal requests.
If Menara4D becomes aware that personal data has been collected from or relating to a person under the age of 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated Account will be permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage account holder will be returned; any winings will be forfeited.
If you believe a minor has created an account on Menara4D using false information, please contact our support team immediately via Live Chat so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Subject to applicable law and certain exceptions, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by Menara4D. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 15.
Please note that certain rights are subject to exceptions. For example, we cannot delete data that we are legally required to retain for anti-money laundering compliance purposes. We will always explain the basis for any limitation on a right you seek to exercise.

As an internationally operated online gaming platform, Menara4D may transfer your personal data to, and process it in, countries outside of Malaysia. This may occur when data is processed by our cloud infrastructure providers, KYC verification services, or payment processors whose operations span multiple jurisdictions.

Menara4D reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify registered Players of material changes by email (to the address on file) or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before changes take effect, except where an immediate update is required to address a security concern or comply with a new legal obligation.
The most current version of this Privacy Policy will always be available at menara4d.cam/privacy-policy. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this Policy will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
This Privacy Policy was last reviewed on 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions of the Menara4D Privacy Policy.

If you have any questions, concerns, or formal requests relating to this Privacy Policy or the way Menara4D processes your personal data, please contact us through the following channels. All data protection enquiries are handled by our compliance team.
We will acknowledge all formal data protection requests within five (5) business days and aim to resolve them within thirty (30) days of the date of acknowledgment, subject to the complexity of the request. Where a request cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, we will notify you of the expected timeline and the reason for the delay.
Our support and compliance team operates in Malaysian Standard Time (MYT, UTC+8) and is available around the clock. We understand importance of timely responses to privacy concerns and take all data protection requests seriously.
